Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and team fit.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Collaborate with placement cells of top colleges and universities across India to drive campus recruitment programs, internship pipelines, and fresh talent acquisition.
  • Plan and execute campus hiring events, career fairs, workshops, and other engagement activities that build Rancho Labs’ employer brand among students.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position Rancho Labs as a preferred employer in both campus and lateral hiring markets.
  • Use data and insights to improve recruitment efficiency and decision-making.
  • Manage vendor relationships (agencies, recruitment platforms, etc.) where needed.
  • Ensure a superior candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
About Company: Rancho Labs is an ed-tech company founded in 2019 by IIT Delhi alumni and professors, with a mission to inspire students' interest in technology fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Coding, and Robotics through engaging experiential learning.
