Senior Systems Support Engineer

Infrastructure Support

• Visit branches on quarterly basis and on demand.
• Provide network support, maintenance and hygiene.
• Promote infrastructure call logging process, tools, follow up with stakeholders.
• Ensure resolution of calls within TAT.
• New office setup.
  

Security And Compliance

• To Enforce and adhere to organization IT security and compliance requirements.
• All IT equipment to be complied with security guidelines and to update with latest AV, Security and DLP patches
  

Web Application Support

• Promote call logging process for OPUS, Maximus, EzeeTab etc… application issues.
• Involvement in logging the calls, co-ordination, follow up, escalation management for web application issues for external and internal customers.
• Visit partner premises on requirement.
• Quality enforcement in call content and resolution within TAT
• Guidance and knowledge sharing with end user.
  

IT Asset Management

• IT Asset allocation and deallocation to users within defined TAT.
• Effective and realtime management and update of IT Asset Inventory records and consumables.
• Regular disposals of scrap.
• IT Asset Stock management.
• Audit compliance.
• Physical verification of inventory, reconciliation and audit compliance of IT Assets.
