Role & responsibilities

Policy Management

  • Advise clients on Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance coverage options based on individual risk
  • profiles and business needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end P&C policy lifecycle, including quoting, binding, endorsements, renewals,
  • and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing support and expert guidance on P&C insurance needs.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, assist with policy modifications, and ensure effective resolution of service issues.

Claims Processing & Support

  • Support clients throughout the claims lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely claim submission to insurance carriers.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and carriers to facilitate smooth communication and efficient claim resolution.

Risk Assessment & Coverage Review

  • Assess client risks and exposures and recommend appropriate P&C coverage to minimize potential losses.
  • Conduct periodic policy reviews to ensure adequate coverage, compliance, and alignment with industry standards.

Underwriting Support

  • Collaborate with underwriting teams to collect and verify required documentation for risk evaluation

and policy issuance.

  • Ensure timely submission of all underwriting requirements for policy approvals and renewals.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all P&C policies adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, market trends, and industry best practices.

Marketing & Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities by building relationships with prospective clients.
  • Support marketing initiatives to expand the client base and promote the organizations insurance offerings.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports on policies, claims, and key performance metrics.
  • Analyze policy and claims data to identify opportunities for risk reduction, coverage optimization, and improved client satisfaction.
