Salesforce Developer

Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components (LWC/Aura)
• Customize Salesforce using standard configurations such as workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using Salesforce best practices
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing Salesforce applications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 35 years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce development exposure
• Hands-on experience in Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Experience in Salesforce integrations and data migration
• Knowledge of Git or other version control tools
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
