Job Description

Position - Senior Support Engineer

Work Location- Trivandrum (Technopark) – Work From Office.

Experience Level – 5-7 years’ experience

Notice Period – Immediate Joiner Only

Job Role/Job Description

What is the expectation of the candidate’s current role/profile?

▪ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

▪ 5+ years of experience in full-stack application support, DevOps, or SRE role.

▪ Has to work in 24x7 environment. As a Sr support Engineer, it is expected to work on shifts including Holidays &

Weekends

▪ Experience in ETL process, web development technologies, API service development.

▪ Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Typescript, PowerShell and/or Python.

▪ Strong troubleshooting skills using built-in browser tools.

▪ Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and tools, including CI/CD concepts and tools like Jenkins.

▪ Familiarity with automation and configuration tools such as Ansible.

▪ Experience with public clouds (GCP, AWS, Azure) and implementing projects on them is a plus.

▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with change management and ITSM

Skill Set Required

5+ Experience in Production Support team, working on Applicationike Data, Services, Web Technologies.
Knowledge in application development (Coding languages) and deployment (CI/CD)processes in – Web , API, Batch & ETL technologies
3+ Experience in Application Infrastructure Support
Good knowledge in troubleshooting issues on both application level
and infrastructure level.
Familiarity with change management and ITSM
Good in Automation techniques and understanding of languages
such as – Python, Java script , Shell script, etc.
