Senior Student Counsellor

Key Responsibilities1. Student Counselling & Advisory

• Provide in-depth guidance to students regarding international and domestic study options, entry requirements, and career pathways.
• Evaluate student profiles and suggest suitable programs, universities, and countries.
• Advise students on language requirements, visa procedures, and program selection.

2. Application Management

• Oversee the entire application process including document verification, SOP preparation support, and submission.
• Ensure all applications meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Track student progress and provide timely updates to students and parents.

3. Supervision & Training

• Mentor and support Junior Student Counsellors.
• Oversee their tasks and ensure counselling quality and accuracy.
• Conduct training sessions for new staff and assist in improving internal processes.

4. Communication & Client Handling

• Manage complex student cases and provide clear resolutions.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, universities, and partner agencies.
• Handle escalated inquiries professionally and efficiently.

5. Sales & Target Achievement

• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling.
• Meet monthly/annual registration and conversion targets.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, education fairs, and marketing activities.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and office systems.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on student progress and results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and program guidelines.

7. Process Improvement

• Identify gaps in counselling workflow and recommend improvements.
• Assist management with developing new strategies to enhance service quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
