Senior Student Counsellor

Role Overview: As a Senior Student Counselor, your main responsibility will be to counsel students regarding the project, programs available, and job opportunities. You will be involved in database calling to generate valid walk-ins, scrutinizing and enrolling eligible candidates, ensuring maximum utilization of the provided database, maintaining accurate student records, providing crisis intervention, communicating with students and parents, assisting with marketing activities, representing the company during fairs and events, evaluating training program effectiveness, and performing related duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel students on project, programs, and job opportunities - Generate valid walk-ins through database calling - Scrutinize and enroll eligible candidates - Maintain accurate student records - Provide crisis intervention to students - Communicate with students and parents for program success - Assist with marketing activities - Represent the company at fairs and events - Evaluate training program effectiveness Qualifications Required: - Any Degree - 1 to 3 years of experience - Good communication skills to converse with students and parents - Organized and structured work approach - Reliable and deadline-oriented - Willingness to go the extra mile to assist students - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and preferably Excel - Familiarity with internet research Company Details: The company is an educational institution located in Coimbatore, offering a full-time position for a Senior Student Counselor.
