Senior Student Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Student Counsellor who can effectively guide students in choosing the right academic and career paths while managing day-to-day operational activities of the institution. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, counselling, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counselling:

• Counsel prospective students and parents on course options, admission process, and career opportunities.
• Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries efficiently.
• Guide students through the enrollment process and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain strong knowledge of courses, eligibility, and institutional offerings.

Operations Management:

• Coordinate daily centre operations, including scheduling, class management, and reporting.
• Support administrative functions such as documentation, fee tracking, and student records.
• Ensure smooth execution of academic and non-academic activities.
• Collaborate with departments to improve process efficiency and student satisfaction.

Reporting & Targets:

• Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on student conversions and operational performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Education, Management, or Psychology).
• 3+ years of experience in student counselling and/or education operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
