Senior Structural Design Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in structural design and a strong command of structural analysis software. You will play a key role in managing a team, coordinating between various stakeholders, and ensuring the structural integrity of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structural Design: Utilize software such as ETAB, STAAD, and Safe to perform structural analysis and design for various projects.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 5 members, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.
• Coordination:
• Ensure seamless coordination between structural and architectural drawings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing timely updates.
• Collaborate with internal staff to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of design quality and ensure all structural designs comply with relevant codes and regulations.
• Documentation: Prepare and review detailed structural drawings, reports, and project documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 6 to 15 years of relevant experience in structural design.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of ETAB, STAAD, and Safe software.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage a team and lead projects to successful completion.
• Coordination Abilities: Excellent coordination skills with the ability to work collaboratively with architects, clients, and internal teams.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in structural design or project management are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

• Day shift
