Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in structural design and a strong command of structural analysis software. You will play a key role in managing a team, coordinating between various stakeholders, and ensuring the structural integrity of our projects. Key Responsibilities: Structural Design: Utilize software such as ETAB, STAAD, and Safe to perform structural analysis and design for various projects. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 5 members, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise. Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination between structural and architectural drawings. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing timely updates. Collaborate with internal staff to ensure smooth workflow and project execution. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of design quality and ensure all structural designs comply with relevant codes and regulations. Documentation: Prepare and review detailed structural drawings, reports, and project documentation. Required Qualifications: Experience: 6 to 15 years of relevant experience in structural design. Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of ETAB, STAAD, and Safe software. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage a team and lead projects to successful completion. Coordination Abilities: Excellent coordination skills with the ability to work collaboratively with architects, clients, and internal teams. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Certifications: Relevant certifications in structural design or project management are a plus.
