Senior Strategy Consultant – Education & Innovation

The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and people leadership to deliver measurable learning outcomes at scale

Strategy and Thought Leadership

• Develop and monitor annual objectives, key results, and implementation roadmaps for EdTech and AI-led learning initiatives.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships that accelerate large-scale impact in the K12 ecosystem.
• Provide thought leadership on the effective and equitable use of technology in education.

Program Design and Delivery

• Lead end-to-end management of multiple initiatives from scoping and design to implementation, partner management, and performance tracking.
• Ensure strong program governance through timely planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Embed data-driven decision-making by leveraging monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and evidence-based insights.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain high-trust relationships with education departments, EdTech innovators, academic institutions, funders, and policy think tanks.
• Represent the organisation in relevant forums, panels, and consultations to strengthen visibility and thought leadership in the EdTech and AI domain.

Team Management & Capability Building:

• Build a strong performance culture focused on learning, collaboration, and accountability.
• Facilitate capacity-building initiatives to enhance team capabilities in EdTech strategy, design, and delivery.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Masters degree in business, public policy, education, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years experience in programme management, management consulting, impact programs, or large grant portfolios, with at least 4 years in a people-leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of multiple projects/initiatives in parallel.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to CXO and government audiences.
