Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Store Management & Operations:

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.
Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and display management.
Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising standards, and customer-ready displays.

Coordination:

Liaise with purchase, warehouse, and sales teams for stock and order coordination.
Ensure timely inward and outward flow of goods with proper documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of items.

Follow-Up Responsibilities:

Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors, logistics, and team members on pending tasks.
Track completion of assigned duties and report updates to management.
Maintain follow-up trackers for operations, customer orders, and repairs.

Store Visits & Reporting:

Conduct scheduled visits to various store locations
Prepare visit reports highlighting observations, issues, and action items.
Implement corrective actions as per audit or management feedback.

Soft Skills & Team Management:

Lead and motivate store staff to ensure high performance and engagement.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with patience and professionalism.
Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in store operations or retail supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, inventory software,
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and prioritize follow-ups.
