Job Description

The Sr Administrator plays a crucial role in advancing technical support and operations within the organization. This position focuses on troubleshooting complex incidents and performing root cause analysis, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. By leveraging expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS, the Sr Administrator enhances operational efficiency and security measures. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Advanced Technical Support By Utilizing Kubernetes And Terraform To Troubleshoot Complex Incidents, Perform Root Cause Analysis, And Implement Effective Solutions To Resolve Technical And Security Issues. 2. Adhere To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements While Managing Incidents And Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies In Support Operations. 3. Develop And Maintain A Knowledge Base By Documenting Solutions And Processes, Facilitating Training For New Team Members, And Coaching Analysts To Enhance Team Capabilities. 4. Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas By Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Maintaining A Robust Security Posture. 5. Enhance Customer Experience And Satisfaction By Achieving First Call Resolution Targets, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Case Reopenings, And Proactively Mitigating Potential Security Threats. Skill Requirements
1. Proficient In Kubernetes And Terraform With A Solid Understanding Of Aws Paas And Cloud Formation. 2. Strong Knowledge Of Linux Systems And Experience With Eks (Elastic Kubernetes Service). 3. Demonstrated Ability To Perform Root Cause Analysis And Implement Solutions For Complex Technical Issues. Certification
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Aws Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (Cka).
