Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Customer/ Service Delivery

  • Develop and maintain planning, analysis and forecasting models as required that convert complex inputs into straightforward, insightful and visual outputs, whilst ensuring they are kept relevant, current, accurate and therefore fit for purpose in assisting with decision-making.
  • Produce compelling, insightful and aesthetically pleasing presentation materials and dashboards as required to help tell the story of the business and its performance in a concise and accessible way.
  • Compile, consolidate and prepare monthly management reporting information for budget holders and other senior stakeholders to a high standard and to deadline. Provide detailed insight and performance commentary as required.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gain an understanding of the business and ensure that the key financial, operational and commercial issues are addressed in the structure and/or output of financial models, management reports and presentation materials.
  • Consider the best use of available technology, including A.I., in delivering efficient processes, insightful analysis and high stakeholder engagement.
  • Review models, reports, presentation materials and processes on a continual basis and implement improvements where required.
  • Promote and sustain a constructive, supportive and professional working relationship with all customers and colleagues.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the Director of FP&A.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Compliance

    : Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
  • Audit Support

    : Prepare documentation and assist during internal and external audits.
  • Process improvements:

    Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommending changes to increase efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification

  • Semi-Qualified/studying accountant (ACA, ACCA, CMA) or MBA or Professional certification

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Thorough, accurate with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well within a team, both local and international
  • Energetic self-starter with personal drive and a can do attitude and self-motivation.
  • Well organized
  • Good time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet strict reporting and processing deadlines.
  • Demonstrate sound judgement.
