Who do we need?
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creation Specialist to join our GTM Enablement team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining engaging instructional content—including eLearnings, videos, guides, and other resources—that empower our sales team to perform at their best. The ideal candidate brings strong instructional design principles, excellent writing skills, and an eye for design that translates complex concepts into impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality eLearning modules, interactive training, videos, and other instructional content to support global sales enablement initiatives.
- Translate sales processes, product knowledge, and methodology into engaging, easy-to-digest learning materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), sales leaders, and GTM enablement partners to gather requirements and ensure content accuracy.
- Maintain and update existing enablement content to reflect new messaging, processes, or product launches.
- Ensure content is aligned with adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and company brand guidelines.
- Partner with enablement program managers to integrate content into structured onboarding and ongoing training programs.
- Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and tools like Mindtickle, Articulate, or similar tools, to deliver and measure content effectiveness.
- Continuously evaluate learner feedback and training metrics to improve content quality and impact.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in instructional design, content creation, or a related role (preferably in sales enablement, L&D, or GTM functions).
- Proficiency with eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or similar).
- Strong skills in visual communication, writing, and editing.
- Experience using LMS platforms (Mindtickle or similar) to deliver and track training content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
