Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-performance backend services using Java (18/21) and Spring Boot

Build scalable and distributed data pipelines using Apache Spark

Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures

Work on cloud-native deployments, preferably on AWS (EC2, S3, EMR, Lambda, etc.)

Optimize data processing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability

Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments

Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of professional experience in software engineering

Strong programming expertise in Core Java (18/21)

Hands-on experience with Apache Spark and distributed data processing

Proven experience with Spring Boot and RESTful API development

Solid understanding of microservices architecture and patterns

Proficiency in cloud platforms, especially AWS (preferred)

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data lake/storage systems

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus)
