Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement complex solutions using C++ and Java technologies
• Contribute significantly to designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software
• Build collaborative relationships with Product Management, Support, and peer engineering teams
• Work within agile teams, embracing rapid learning, experimentation, iteration, and collaboration
• Apply hands-on skills in C++, STL, multithreading, and socket communication
• Utilize unit testing and mock frameworks for quality assurance
• Solve technical problems and debug C++ applications efficiently
• Collaborate with customers to understand challenges and demonstrate new features
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and system deployment using Jenkins, Git, and Gradle
• Mentor junior engineers and foster best practices in software development

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in C++ and solid understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Experience with STL, multithreading, and socket communication
• Proficiency in problem-solving, debugging, and unit testing (e.g., GTest, mock frameworks)
• Working knowledge of PL/SQL
• Exposure to Unix/Linux/Windows system administration is an advantage
• Familiarity with Java, RESTful Web Services, and Cloud platforms is a plus
• CI/CD experience using Jenkins, Git, and Gradle preferred
• Strong system design and software architecture skills for enterprise-grade product development
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with product management, support teams, and customers

Education:

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of software development experience, or
• Master's degree with 6+ years of software development experience in fields such as Computer Science, Math, or Electronics
