Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, C#, microservices, Linux, Kafka, Redis, and CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, reliable, and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable microservices using C# (.NET Core/.NET 6+).
Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js with modern state management (Redux, Context API, etc.).
Work with event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing.
Optimize application performance using Redis for caching and in-memory data storage.
Deploy and manage applications on Linux-based environments.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) for automated testing and deployment.
Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across distributed systems.
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in coding, testing, and architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in C# (.NET Core/.NET 6+) and React.js.
Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful/gRPC APIs.
Familiarity with Apache Kafka (or similar messaging systems).
Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and distributed systems.
Working knowledge of Linux environments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Expertise in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
