As a Senior Software Engineer at H&R Block India, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing solutions using Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics. You will also develop and maintain front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Your role will involve working closely with various teams to ensure seamless digital experiences and leveraging Adobe Data Collection, AEP, AJO, and CJA for advanced data-driven solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate on projects using Azure DevOps for version control and work management. Key Responsibilities: - Implement, configure, and optimize solutions using Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics. - Develop and maintain front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Collaborate with business, design, UX, development, content, and product teams. - Leverage Adobe Data Collection, AEP, AJO, and CJA for data-driven solutions. - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across analytics and personalization implementations. - Apply problem-solving and analytical thinking to optimize workflows. - Collaborate on projects using Azure DevOps for version control and work management. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 25 years of professional experience in software engineering or digital experience solutions. - Strong expertise in Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with Adobe Data Collection, AEP, AJO, and CJA. - Basic working knowledge of Azure ADO. - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional team environments.
