We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager - Employee Relations - Queries and Grievances to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will primarily work with the recruiting team supporting Corporate and Senior Leader hiring needs. Your role will involve ensuring the consistency and effectiveness of the interview process, collaborating with recruiters and key stakeholders, and providing administrative support to enhance the candidate experience. Responsibilities: - Schedule interviews and coordinate additional meetings as required - Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a positive candidate experience - Prepare recruiting resources and documentation for interviews - Draft offer letters and manage new hire setup in the Applicant Tracking System - Support onboarding processes and candidate travel logistics - Contribute to projects focusing on reporting, recruiting effectiveness, and overall experience enhancement Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or Human Resources - Experience in coordinating meetings or interviews in a fast-paced environment - Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel - Ideally, previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Experience with Paradox, PeopleSoft, and SuccessFactors is advantageous Join us as an Assistant Manager at Genpact and be part of our global team dedicated to shaping the future of professional services and solutions.,
