Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in India for a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack. The role involves designing and developing scalable web applications and user interfaces, as well as implementing new features to enhance application functionality. The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze requirements, and ensure the development of high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code. They will also debug and resolve technical issues, contribute to code reviews, and apply best practices in software engineering.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience in backend development, including working with Node.js, Django, or other relevant backend frameworks, and knowledge of APIs and RESTful services.
• Proficiency in working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and responsive design, with experience in building user-centered solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a focus on delivering reliable and scalable solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Prior experience in the HR tech domain or working with data-driven applications is advantageous.
