Senior Frontend Engineer

, you'll work on real-time user interfaces, drive frontend performance optimization, and play a key role in mentoring junior developers. This is a high-impact role where scalability, speed, and user experience converge.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate product requirements into scalable, responsive frontend applications with an exceptional user experience.
  • Build high-performance, real-time user interfaces using React.js with modern architecture patterns.
  • Develop responsive web apps with real-time messaging (WebSockets or similar).
  • Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and make architectural and implementation decisions.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of frontend components—from development to deployment, monitoring, and error tracking.
  • Leverage AI tools and rapid prototyping to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in frontend development, ideally in SaaS or high-scale applications.
  • Strong expertise in TypeScript, React.js (hooks, context API), and state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API).
  • Proficiency in real-time communication (WebSockets, Socket.io), PWA development, and responsive UI design.
  • Hands-on experience with modern frontend tooling (Webpack/Vite, ESLint, Jest/Testing Library), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment on AWS (CloudFront, S3).
  • Knowledge of frontend security best practices (XSS prevention, CORS, CSP) and API integration with microservices.
  • AI-first mindset, strong Git workflows, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable owning high-impact projects.
