Senior Data Engineer – Business Intelligence

• Developing, maintaining, and optimizing ELT/ETL pipelines using Matillion to ingest and transform data from multiple source systems.
• Building and managing data models and analytics‑ready structures in Snowflake and Teradata.
• Ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance across BI data pipelines and platforms.
• Implementing best practices for data engineering, including version control, testing, monitoring, and documentation.
• Collaborating with Senior Data Architects to implement enterprise BI data architectures and standards.
• Supporting and troubleshooting complex production issues related to data pipelines and BI platforms.
• Optimizing query performance, cost efficiency, and scalability of data solutions.
• Working closely with global teams to deliver data solutions used across regions and business units.
  

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

Senior Data Engineer

• Solid experience with Snowflake and/or Teradata in enterprise BI or data warehouse environments.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Matillion or similar ELT/ETL tools.
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and BI architectures.
• Experience working with SQL at an advanced level and optimizing complex queries.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and collaboration with data architects (experience with Erwin is a plus).
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
• Advanced spoken and written English skills, enabling effective collaboration in a multinational, cross‑regional environment.
