Position Details Job Title : Technical Lead Function/Department : Technology Location : Hyderabad – Work From Office Employment Type : Full-time Role Overview Roles & Responsibilities: Technical Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable solutions on Volante. Strong understanding and experience of Volante Designer message plugins such as XML , ASCII and JSON. Experience with software engineering best practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documentation) and related tools like GitHub, JIRA Must have experience in Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Volante Designer. RESTful API development using Sprint boot, Apache Camel experience is adding advantage. Agile delivery methodology Design and develop software by writing clean and thoroughly tested code. Continuous Integration and Deployment. Design Patterns and common principles Experience with development & deployment tools such as Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Nexus, and Git Exposure to Kafka, cloud technologies, Azure will be beneficial. Professional Attributes: Excellent communication, collaboration, documentation, and presentation & problem-solving skills for technical and business audiences Strong analytical and critical thinking skills working within cross-functional engineering teams as well as peer teams in building an integrated solution. Team leadership and mentoring skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team driving teams using Agile Scrum development process; experience in owning products or components.
