33154BRBangaloreJD for the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Contractor –
  • The candidate must be capable of independently executing techno-functional tasks within the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud platform.
  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM is required.
  • Proven expertise in at least two Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, or Performance Management.
  • Strong technical proficiency is essential, particularly in:
    • BI Publisher (including conditional formatting),
    • OTBI (with advanced SQL skills),
    • HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas.
  • A solid educational background in a relevant professional or technical discipline is required.
  • Responsibilities include designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging new or existing software systems and applications.
Ability to translate conceptual designs and business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
