This position is the Senior Software Engineer - Cross-Channel Tracking Measurements (CCTM) , accountable for supporting the tagging, tracking, and reporting for all media non-personal, customer engagement channels in line with our omni-channel vision to enhance customer experience engagement. The individual must have strong hands-on experience to manage tagging, tracking, data quality management reporting on measurement platforms across channels in the commercialization ecosystem, while ensuring the health, security reliability of the enabling platforms. The role will entail working on new projects as well as maintain ongoing operations to ensure BAU by interfacing with key stakeholders internally and externally. The role collaborates with global stakeholders and senior engineers to strengthen data foundations, embed AI-assisted capabilities, and enable user-friendly analytics experiences.
