You’ll work closely with product, design, and infra to ship features that impact millions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable microservices using

  Java (Spring Boot)

  and

  Python (FastAPI/Django)

• Lead architecture decisions around

  real-time systems

  ,

  event-driven systems

  , and

  multi-channel workflows

• Own

  end-to-end systems

  : from infrastructure setup (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes) to backend logic to API design
• Work on

  LLM-integrated features

  (RAG, GPT workflows, vector search) for intelligent user experiences
• Create efficient data pipelines and streaming platforms using

  Redis

  ,

  BigQuery

  , etc.
• Develop high-performance dashboards and internal tools using

  ReactJS

  where needed
• Build robust observability systems (Prometheus, OTEL, Grafana) for proactive monitoring
• Contribute to team leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and system design reviews

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience in high-scale systems
• Proficiency in

  Java

  Python

  ADK/A2A

  and frameworks like Spring Boot, Django, or FastAPI
• Strong experience with

  Redis

  PostgreSQL

  ,

  PGVector

  and one cloud platform (AWS/GCP)
• Experience building

  chatbot workflows

• Familiarity with front-end tools like
