Job Description

The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for analysis, design, development and unit testing of custom solutions, as well as production support, on the CRM B2B platform
The Salesforce Developer implements solutions based on the overall technical strategy for the platform, following specified documentation, coding and design patterns and best practices The role requires solving unique or complex problems, individually or in group- think fashion, specific to the platform What you ll do Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, extensible, and user-friendly solutions on the platform

Translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical implementations using Salesforce tools such as: Apex, Asynchronous Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Integrations (REST & SOAP) Salesforce CPQ (preferred) Triggers, SOQL, Flows, Approval Processes, Configurations CI/CD Setup

Produce technical specifications and design documentation as needed Collaborate with Scrum team members to ensure a thorough understanding of business requirements and processes Deliver all required artifacts, including analysis and design documentation and technical implementation specifications Support implementation activities and troubleshoot issues in sandbox and production environments Provide ongoing code-level maintenance and support Drive resolution of development-related issues Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide level-of-effort estimates during sprint planning Perform administrative configurations as needed What we ll want you to have: 6+ years of robust design and development experience 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including: Apex, Asynchronous Apex, LWC APIs (REST, SOAP, Tooling, Metadata, Bulk, etc) Approval processes, Flows, Triggers SOQL, SOSL, Analytics Sensitivity: Public 2+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ (preferred)

Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications via various integration channels, including Salesforce-to-Salesforce Proficiency with Git for local development and remote repository interaction Strong relational database design and development skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Experience working in Agile Scrum environments Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to meet or exceed quality, security, and operability standards in a DevSecOps culture Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Platform App Builde Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer Experience with ETL tools is a plus Familiarity with tools such as GitLab, AutoRabit, ADO and Rally is a plus Financial services industry experience is a plus Financial Services experience a plus
