As a Senior Python Developer at the leading technology-enabled legal services company in Vadodara, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, updating, and optimizing various Python applications within the company's ecosystem. Your collaboration with product owners, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Application Development & Maintenance:** - Update, enhance, and maintain existing Python applications. - Refactor and modernize legacy codebases for improved performance and security. - Contribute to data integration using ETL tools like SSIS and develop reports with Power BI. - **Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:** - Debug and resolve complex issues in production and staging environments. - Identify root causes in collaboration with cross-functional teams for permanent fixes. - **System Integration & Optimization:** - Ensure seamless integration between Python applications and internal or third-party systems. - Contribute to the design and optimization of APIs, services, and database interactions. - **Collaboration & Leadership:** - Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews. - Mentor junior developers, promoting best practices. - Implement enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders. - **Monitoring & Reporting:** - Monitor application performance for scalability and stability enhancements. - Document solutions, processes, and technical decisions for knowledge sharing. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. - 5+ years of professional experience in Python development. - Proficient in REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, asynchronous programming. - Experience with ETL tools like SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and reporting tools such as Power BI. - Strong skills in version control (Git), CI/CD workflows, debugging, and optimization. - Excellent problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and communication skills. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Ability to work independently, interpret requirements, and deliver finished products effectively. - Proficiency in giving training and presentations to project stakeholders.,
