Senior Software Analyst-SAP FICO

As a Senior Software Analyst-SAP FICO at NTT DATA, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - At least 10 years of relevant SAP consulting or industry experience - Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design/blueprinting, and configuration/customization phase of SAP transformation programs - Deep understanding of business processes and good knowledge of technical issues in the required area of specialty - Leading business process requirement, analysis, design, test, working closely with client SAP and business leads - Providing consulting services and solving complex problems in SAP Finance and Controlling - Focusing on FICO Controlling including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment, and settlement - Experienced in Project Structuring, WBS, CC allocation, Finance integrations with banks, PS module cycle from project creation to settlement - Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, OTC, PP, and QM - Identifying and proposing business process and system enhancements - Acting as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting SAP FICO gaps - Documenting functional designs, test cases, and results - Proactively identifying and proposing business process and/or system enhancements - Providing consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects - Acting as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team; providing ad-hoc training and user support as required - Working self-directed and independently; may act as a subject matter mentor - Onsite requirement in Houston from Monday to Thursday at the client location Qualifications required for this role include: - Understanding of accounting business processes - Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective - Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others - Very good command of English About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
