Senior Soft Service Executive

Youwillensureweprovidegoodhousekeepingservices;bycoordinatingwiththesitevendorsforserviceslike landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, facade cleaning, housekeeping machines, cleaning material, cradle machine etc. You will also be assisting Team Manager /Property Manager with any assigned projects and providing backup as and when required. Following would be your site deliverables:

• Takingdailypropertyrounds,co-ordinatingwiththeteamtocloseanymattersrelatedtocleaning.
• Maintainingdaily/monthlyreports,i.e.DMRandMMRandsharingsamewithPropertyManagerand client.
• Scheduleweeklyvendormeetingstodiscussondailyissuesifany.
• Maintaining/preparingmonthlyattendancesummaryrecordforsalary.
• Making sure that all customer queries are well-investigated and resolved. Escalating queries to appropriate supervisors if need be.
• Developingandmentoringnewandsubordinatevendorstaff
• Assistinginimprovingandmonitoringprocedurestoensurethecost-effectiveandefficientservices.
• Assistinginpreparinganddevelopingthedocumentationofstandardpoliciesandprocedures
• Plans,schedules,inspectandassignsworktosubordinatesupervisorsand/orteams.
• Managelandscapingandgardening.
• Regularlybriefallstaffregardingtheirduties,designatedareasofworkandspecialinstructionsifany.
• Prepareandimplementvariouschecklists,atthefrequencyinstructedinthesuggestedformats.
• Ensurethehousekeepingstaffiswellgroomed.
• Monitor that the staff is cleaning as per standards, ensuring that the surfaces are maintained to enhance their longevity.
• Ensurethatjanitorclosetsandstorageareasarealwaysmaintainedinaneatandorderlymanner.
• Takefeedback-customerneedsassessmentandevaluationofcustomersatisfactionlevels.

You will be working on Tata Primanti,whichisa Residential Site,locatedat Sector 72, Gurgaon, Haryana

Work Schedule: 6 Days and 1 Weekly Off, CL/PL/SL as per company policy.
