• Demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with end users and technical teams.
• Handle tasks related to posting, circulation, creating trending reels, designing, managing client accounts, and client interaction.
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Design and implement social media strategies and monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content such as text, photos, videos, and news.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to maintain brand consistency.
