Role Description

𝗨𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚!!  This is a full-time on-site role located in the Mohali district for a Senior Social Media Manager. The Senior Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media strategies to drive brand awareness and audience engagement. Responsibilities include curating and creating compelling content, developing and implementing content strategies, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing metrics to gauge performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
• Strong skills in creating and executing effective Content Strategy to achieve business goals
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills to articulate brand messages effectively
• Required experience of at least 4-5 years
• Proven knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to interpret metrics to drive decisions
• Experience in managing and navigating various social media platforms
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Prior experience in a similar role or within the digital marketing domain is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
