We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our education marketing agency. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective social media strategies to promote our institute's programs, engage with our target audience, and drive brand awareness. Your role will involve collaborating with the production team to create engaging reels and managing the production team's activities. Additionally, you will handle client communication, ensuring effective and timely responses to inquiries and maintaining positive client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our education marketing institute.
• Create compelling and visually appealing reels in collaboration with the production team, showcasing our institute's programs and achievements.
• Manage the production team's activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks, adherence to brand guidelines, and high-quality content production.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing, and apply this knowledge to enhance our institute's online presence.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community on our social media platforms.
• Handle client communication, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and design, to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in social media marketing, bringing fresh ideas and creative approaches to enhance our online presence.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the education or marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience in creating engaging and visually appealing reels for social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative social media strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage the activities of the production team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
