Key Responsibilities

• Create platform-specific content calendars, work with designers, editors, and anchors.

• Track KPIs like reach, engagement, growth, and traffic using

  Google Analytics

  , and other tools.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with clear recommendations.

• Work hands-on with

  Stackby

  or other content management tools.
• Use

  AI tools

  for research, content enhancement, and ideation.
• Build and monitor

  performance dashboards

  , and assist with

  workflow automation

  tools to improve team efficiency.

• Coordinate with content creators, designers, video editors, and strategy heads.
• Manage community engagement (comments, DMs) and maintain a consistent tone and brand voice.

• Stay ahead of the curve with Reels trends, meme formats, algorithm updates, and content innovations.
• Contribute ideas for viral campaigns and influencer-led experiments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a

  managerial-level social media

  role.
• Experience working with

  digital media brands

  — especially in

  news, journalism, or entertainment

  .
• Proficiency with:
• Instagram Creator Tools & Meta Business Suite

• Stackby

  or similar content/project management systems

• Google Analytics

  , AI research tools, and dashboards
• Basic automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Pabbly, Whatsapp Automation, Notion workflows)
• Strong understanding of:

• Instagram-first content strategy

• Regional youth audiences (especially in Gujarat)
• Data-driven decision-making
• Fluency in
