KINDLY NOTE THIS IS 5 DAY WORKING ROLE FROM OFFICE IN OKHLA PHASE 2 DELHI. EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND SPEAKING COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS A MUST. Key Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of clients’ brands, market positioning, audience segments, and campaign objectives. Strategically manage assigned client social media accounts, collaborating closely with account teams to design and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns. Coordinate with internal creative, Design and Tech teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality social media assets. Monitor brand pages regularly for adherence to content schedules, quality benchmarks, and client guidelines. Act as the primary point of contact for clients on social media initiatives, ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution. Utilize digital media knowledge to create media plans, track budgets and spends,generate insightful monthly reports, and conduct quarterly competitive brand assessments. Employ social media management and monitoring tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and social listening platforms to optimize campaign performance and manage Online Reputation Management (ORM). Execute media promotions and paid social campaigns, leveraging expertise in click ads and broader media strategies to maximize ROI. Stay Updated with current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance social media tactics and client offerings. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles within an agency environment. Strong command of written and verbal communication, with an aptitude for problem- solving and client engagement. Demonstrate ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting with minimum supervision. Experience collaborating with internal teams and managing client expectations effectively. High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and time management capabilities. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer. Client Relationship Management experience Familiarity with SEO, SEM, paid social advertising, and digital campaign analytics. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
