ServiceNow SecOps Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure ServiceNow SecOps modules:

  Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence

• Integrate SecOps with threat intelligence platforms, CMDB, and vulnerability scanners
• Customize workflows, automation, and playbooks for security incident handling and vulnerability remediation
• Collaborate with security teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions
• Support enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting in existing SecOps implementations
• Ensure alignment with ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with at least 2 years in

  SecOps

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, processes, and tools
• Experience with

  Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence

  modules
• Familiarity with CMDB, MID Server, and integrations with external tools
• Strong scripting and troubleshooting skills in ServiceNow
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills
