With a strong focus on ServiceNow implementations, they partner with global clients to align IT services with business outcomes.

Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and functional solutioning for complex ServiceNow implementations

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, service managers, and technical teams

Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings to define current and future state processes

Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs across ServiceNow modules

Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate requirement implementation

Plan, manage, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including defect resolution

Develop functional specifications, process maps, training materials, and business readiness documents

Drive process improvements and contribute to BA standards and best practices

Mandatory Skills

✔ 6–8 years of overall experience as a Business Analyst

✔ Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow projects

✔ Strong knowledge of ITSM processes

✔ Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (GRC, Reporting, etc.)

✔ Expertise in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications

✔ Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

✔ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

✔ ServiceNow CSA certification (Preferred)
