About us:

Subko is committed to an ideal: to help reimagine, re-design. and re-invent an unlikely origin- the Indian Subcontinent--as a legitimate contributor to the global specialty coffee, craft baking and pod-to-bar chocolate making movements. Only raw materials enter Subkos facilities: all of the coffee, bakehouse and cacao products are crafted from scratch, in house. From crop to cup, pod to bar, and farm to table. We aim to provide a detailed, high quality coffee, bake and chocolate experience to all our guests.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Staffing:

• Responsible for managing Service Partner Reporting & Sales
• Responsible for operating POS system
• Responsible for completing all settlements of currency including cash, cards and UPI
• Escalate any challenges on maintenance, and operational challenges to Store Lead
• Submit daily cash deposits to banking officials
• Achieve Monthly Targets of sales as prescribed by Manager

Maintenance and upkeep:

Report any requirements of Maintenance and upkeep to Asst Store Lead Marketing:

• Engage frequently with guests to gather feedback on products, systems and any challenges faced in the outlet

Service:

• Responsible for executing service in a timely manner to all guests
• Responsible for communication with guests
• Be a subject matter expert on training under all 4 verticals including coffee, bakehouse and kitchen, cacao and service etiquette
