Senior Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service support to customers by performing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales support of industrial equipment. Your role will also involve driving Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) generation, cross-selling, and enhancing customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Technical Responsibilities:** - Install, configure, and commission industrial machinery such as coding machines, weighing systems, and packaging equipment. - Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance visits to ensure equipment reliability. - Provide both on-site and remote technical support to address customer issues. - Escalate critical technical problems to principal companies if unresolved at the local level. - **Customer & Relationship Management:** - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Respond promptly to urgent service requests to minimize downtime for customers. - Deliver customer training and awareness programs to enhance their understanding of the equipment. - Drive the conversion and renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). - Identify potential sales leads, upgrades, and cross-selling opportunities. - Provide support to the sales and commercial teams with site insights and customer requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree is preferred. - Experience in secondary packaging solutions for at least 3 years is preferred. - Willingness to travel up to 100% is preferred.
