Senior Service Designer

As a Capability Lead at bp, you will work with the Product & Projects discipline within the Technology entity. Your role will involve building service design capability within the Indian hub and other global teams. You will drive excellence in design practices, talent development, and ensure alignment with business and customer needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain service design frameworks and standards. - Establish training programs to enhance service design expertise. - Lead the creation of service blueprints and customer journey maps. - Define and implement service design tools and infrastructure. - Ensure cross-functional collaboration and integration. - Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track the effectiveness of service design initiatives. - Advocate for design maturity and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the organization. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Experience as a Service Designer or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Proficiency in service blueprinting and journey mapping. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. - Experience with prototyping, testing service concepts, and familiarity with AI tools and technologies will be beneficial.
