Role Overview: You will be responsible for defining the end-to-end service design of the product, service, or proposition, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your role will involve working with the NPD team at the solution level to support PI planning, scoping, impact assessment, and defining a high-level operating model. It will be essential to ensure that network, service, and related operational support requirements are fully captured, understood, agreed upon, consistent, and communicated according to company standards. You will own the balance between cost, quality, and time for all design solutions and ensure the design integrity of all launched products. Providing pressure and challenge to proceed at pace and with rigor, while maintaining good working relationships with colleagues across the business will be key. Additionally, you will need to offer SME support and steer to the team, along with guidance as per POM and product types B&C.
