Job Description

Key Deliverables

  1. Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys from onboarding to renewal.
  2. Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify service pain points and improvements.
  3. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to drive customer-centric innovation.
  4. Develop and visualize current and future-state service blueprints and journey maps.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with UX, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  2. Translate user insights into actionable service enhancements.
  3. Advocate for a customer-first approach across organizational silos.
  4. Communicate findings and strategies clearly through storytelling and visualization.
