The Role:

As our SEO Manager, you will:

• Build and execute

  cutting-edge SEO strategies

  (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO).
• Optimize for both

  traditional search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo)

  and

  AI-driven platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Bing Copilot, etc.)

  .
• Conduct advanced

  SEO audits, keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and SERP domination strategies

  .
• Lead

  content optimization

  for E-E-A-T, semantic search, voice search, and multi-lingual SEO.
• Create and implement

  high-authority backlink strategies

  with white-hat methods.
• Oversee

  local SEO, global SEO, and niche-specific SEO campaigns

  .
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure

  SEO-first execution

  .
• Monitor performance analytics and provide

  data-driven insights & solutions

  .
• Stay ahead of

  algorithm updates, AI-driven search trends, schema evolutions, and ranking factors.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Elite SEO professional

• 8+ years of proven SEO experience

  (agency background preferred).
• Mastery in

  On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO, and Content SEO

  .
• Strong expertise in

  AI search engine optimization

  (optimizing for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Bard/Gemini, Bing Copilot, etc.).
• Proficiency in tools such as

  Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Majestic, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SurferSEO, Clearscope, and RankMath/Yoast

  .
• Experience with

  Schema Markup, Structured Data, and Knowledge Graph optimization

  .
• Hands-on with

  Core Web Vitals, Site Speed Optimization, and Crawl Budget Management

  .
• Advanced knowledge of

  Backlink Acquisition, Link Detox, and Digital PR strategies

  .
• Skilled in

  Voice Search, Featured Snippets, and AI-driven Search Experiences

  .
• Familiarity with

  multi-lingual SEO and international markets

  .
• Experience optimizing

  E-commerce SEO (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)

  .
• Solid understanding of

  content marketing strategies, topical authority, and EEAT principles

  .
• Experience with

  programmatic SEO

  and

  automation tools

  .
• Ability to integrate

  AI + SEO strategies

  (AI content optimization, prompt engineering for search visibility, AI-driven competitor insights).
• Knowledge of

  Web flow / WordPress SEO customization

  .
• Experience in

  YouTube SEO, Podcast SEO, and Social SEO

  .
• Understanding of

  B2B SEO, SaaS SEO, and Enterprise-level optimization

  .

• Analytical thinker, solution-oriented, and
