Senior Security Officer

Role Overview: As a Senior Security Officer at CMR Green Technologies Limited, located in Halol, your primary responsibility will be to oversee security operations and ensure the safety of personnel and assets. Your daily tasks will include conducting security inspections, coordinating with law enforcement agencies, developing and implementing security protocols, managing security staff, and responding to security breaches or incidents. Additionally, you will be involved in organizing regular training programs for staff and maintaining detailed security reports. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct security inspections to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities - Coordinate with law enforcement agencies to address security concerns effectively - Develop and implement security protocols to enhance safety measures - Manage security staff by providing guidance, training, and supervision - Respond promptly to security breaches, incidents, or emergencies - Organize and conduct regular training programs for staff to enhance security awareness - Maintain detailed security reports to track incidents, trends, and improvements Qualification Required: - Experience in security operations, emergency response, and risk assessment - Proficiency in security systems management and surveillance technologies - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication, training, and conflict resolution skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field preferred,
