Senior Scrum Master

Role Overview: As a Scrum Master at our Jaipur-based team, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of technology projects by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring smooth and transparent project execution. Your role will involve organizing and leading Scrum events, maintaining Agile governance, managing JIRA project management, coordinating capacity planning and project costing, removing obstacles, coaching and mentoring teams, fostering communication, supporting Product Owners, facilitating continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment across multiple teams and business units. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Drive Agile Governance: Maintain and report on Agile/Scrum health check metrics to leadership. - JIRA Project Management: Configure and manage JIRA projects, workflows, dashboards, and reports. - Capacity Planning & Project Costing: Coordinate with delivery and finance teams for forecasting sprint capacity and managing project costing. - Remove Obstacles: Proactively identify and eliminate impediments affecting delivery timelines. - Coach and Mentor: Guide teams and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum practices. - Foster Communication: Ensure transparent communication within teams and departments. - Support Product Owners: Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs and set sprint priorities. - Continuous Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities. - Ensure Alignment: Coordinate across teams and business units to maintain delivery consistency. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or PMI-ACP preferred.
