Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Security Consultant with over 6 years of hands-on experience in managing and implementing SAP security across various modules and systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust SAP security roles and authorizations, ensuring compliance, and supporting audit requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, GRC, and other integrated systems. Implement and manage SAP GRC Access Control components such as ARA, EAM, ARM, and BRM. Conduct risk analysis and remediation activities in alignment with SOX and other compliance requirements. Perform user administration, role maintenance, and security troubleshooting. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to analyze security requirements and provide best-fit solutions. Monitor and audit SAP security logs and implement preventive and detective controls. Participate in internal and external audits, and respond to audit findings and mitigation plans. Assist in SAP security projects including upgrades, implementations, and migrations (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA). Develop and maintain documentation for SAP security policies, procedures, and processes. Train and support end-users and internal stakeholders on SAP security and access control tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 6+ years of experience in SAP Security design and administration. Expertise in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Fiori security. Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control Suite. Familiarity with SAP authorization concepts including PFCG, SUIM, SU53, ST01. Hands-on experience with audit and compliance processes. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
