Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and work on Aura components.
• Handle complex data models and ensure robust integrations with external systems.
• Oversee deployments and ensure smooth release management.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices and code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience

  , with at least

  2+ years in a lead role

  .

• Strong expertise in LWC

  and

  hands-on experience with Aura Components

  .

• Proven experience in Salesforce integrations

  (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, etc.).

• Strong deployment knowledge

  using CI/CD tools and release management best practices.
• Ability to

  handle complex data structures

  and high-volume environments.
• Experience in

  team management and mentoring developers

  .
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications (Developer, Platform App Builder, or Architect) are an added advantage.
