Role & responsibilities Identify and Qualify Leads: Research & create new leads and identify potential clients in international markets to target the qualified leads. Email and LinkedIn Outreach: Initiate email and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects and generate interest in our software development services. Market Research: Prospect research and qualification with a focus on enterprise-scale global companies. Conduct B2B data research, create and enter accurate company/contact profiles into CRM/spreadsheet. Follow-up Communication: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and keep them engaged in the sales process. Achieve daily goals and surpass weekly and monthly lead targets Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools. Familiarity with software development services, (including web and mobile application development) to effectively communicate.
