We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team and lead the development, optimization, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot), and CI/CD automation using Copado. You’ll be responsible for designing and building custom applications, automating business processes, and collaborating cross-functionally with business stakeholders and admins.
🗝️ Key Responsibilitie
sDesign and develop scalable solutions within Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow
.Lead the development lifecycle using Copado for version control, CI/CD, and release management
.Customize and extend Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement
.Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
.Collaborate with admins, architects, and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical designs
.Optimize data models, validation rules, triggers, and performance tuning
.Write and maintain technical documentation, code reviews, and unit tests
.Stay current on Salesforce best practices, releases, and emerging tools
.Required Qualification
s5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
.Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce platform architecture
.Demonstrated experience with Copado or similar DevOps tools (Gearset, Jenkins)
.Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
.Working knowledge of Account Engagement (Pardot) including automation rules, segmentation, and campaign tracking
.Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines
.Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II and Copado certifications are a plus
.Strong communication and problem-solving skills
.Preferred Qualification
sSalesforce Marketing Cloud or MuleSoft experience is a plus
.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
.Prior experience in a B2B or B2C sales/marketing-driven organization
